Care Cuts, Inc. was never just about haircuts.
It started with a simple, human observation: too many people in our communities are walking through life unseen—overlooked not because they lack value, but because they lack access. Access to resources. Access to opportunity. Sometimes, even access to something as basic as a haircut.
And while a haircut might seem small, the truth is—it’s not.

Care Cuts was built on that belief.
Founded in Muncie, Indiana, Care Cuts, Inc. exists to serve individuals and families facing hardship—whether that’s housing instability, financial strain, recovery challenges, or simply a season of life where support is needed. We meet people where they are, offering free haircuts and connecting them with resources that help move their lives forward.
But what truly defines Care Cuts isn’t just the service—it’s the approach.
We don’t see “clients.”
We see people.

Every event, every pop-up, every interaction is rooted in one core principle: restoring dignity. Not through charity alone, but through connection, respect, and community.
